Starting suggestions for docs.
Suggesting we tag VS IDE specific steps as optional. Specific to my situation, the free version of VS IDE for mac is only available in the 2017 version and the nodejs developer tools are not yet available. The AA project is currently using 2015 VS IDE version.
I'll add more suggestions to this PR as I step through the guide.
